Robin Hood CEO Wes Moore sat down with hit Brooklyn rapper Joey Bada$$ at an event Monday, Aug. 21, hosted by VFILES, a platform for youth empowerment in music and fashion. The discussion, moderated by VFILES founder and friend of Robin Hood Julie Anne Quay, was wide ranging, but focused on what young people living on the margins can do to empower their lives. It was attended by more than 100 young people at VFILES’ SoHo store.
